Objective:
- Create a website and grow the number of visits to 5K by April 24.

- Build a company to accomplish this. I will charter and lead the company. This is not a one man project. I must play well with others, hopefully developing / displaying the appropriate leadership skills along the way.

Deliverables:
- By December 23, documentation of a company Charter and Structure
- Completed.
- By January 1, a single page will be present on the web teasing the coming of Birmingham Bigfoot. BirminghamBigfoot.com
- Completed.
- By January 9, a visual diagram of the intended production site structure.
- Completed.
- By January 23, meet with Technical Advisor to discuss site structure and traffic improvement techniques.

- By February 2, the initial production site (1-3 pages) will be live.

- By February 20, example forms to be used for later evaluations.

- By February 27, meet with Technical Advisor to evaluate the production site.

- By March 2, a written record of general statistics about the business for the month. i.e. the number of visitors to BirminghamBigfoot.com, the number of interactions with visitors (i.e. email, give-a-ways, etc), and any possible revenues.
- Web statistics are complete.
- By March 27, creation and purchase of the initial swag (i.e. t-shirts, stickers and magnets) to be used as marketing give-a-ways.
- Give-a-ways put on hold.
- By April 2, a written record of general statistics about the business for the month. i.e. the number of visitors to BirminghamBigfoot.com, the number of interactions with visitors (i.e. email, give-a-ways, etc), and any possible revenues.
- Web Statistics are complete
- By April 19, at least one event (i.e. party, race, and marketing stunt) will be performed in an effort to increase traffic for BirminghamBigfoot.com.
- Complete. BB made an appearance at the Statue to Statue Race.
- By April 24,
- Written record detailing all expenditures and revenue.
- Written evaluations by participants / business partners about my effectiveness or lack of in the area of leadership.
- Written evaluations by family and close friends about the effects this project on my life and disposition.

- Aaron Schmidt – “Director of Creation” / Marketing Director
- Aaron’s education and experience are in the area of Graphic Design.
- Aaron is responsible for the design of our web presence.
- Jim Hill – “Chief of Surgery” / Chief of Operations
- Jim’s education and experiences are in the areas of Data Base Administration as well as small business ownership.
- Jim is responsible for keeping the company focused. He is our Morpheus.
- Jeremiah Goodson – “Tie Analysis Officer” / Chief Executive Officer
- My education and experiences are in the areas of Computer Science, Project Management and now, Information Engineering Management.
- It is my responsibility to break all ties between “DoC” and “CoS”. I am the visionary, the motivator, and the financial analyst. I am also the Director of Fun, responsible for ensuring the project if fun for all.
